We can clearly see in the video that many things were fixed
like the stealth...
when atjom kill one guy... the nazis dont know were he is... they stay alert... but artjom location is not revealed... (you can clearly see that the guys on the lower floor at 1:20 have no idea were he is)

And the new badass gun... last game i think the most powerfull weapon was that compressed air gun if those darts...
that gun can kill a librarian if a single shot in the head
now the minigun take place... or maybe more powerfull guns are going to show up?? (we gonna know soon)

And lastly, the sentences at the beginning of the video may give us clues about the game's story
like... how is the mysterious guy that they are after?
and what he knows to keep the key for the survival of the metro ?
